Growing up on a farm near Bellingham, WA, Sarah was an independent self-starter from a young age. Inspired by her father starting and running a homeless shelter, she volunteered her time growing up assisting in different community organizations with her parents and family knowing it was in her fiber to want to make a difference through helping people. At Western Washington University, she obtained bachelor degrees in both sociology and psychology, but quickly found success in the residential lending industry right out of college.

Ultimately, the roller coaster that was the banking industry at the time allowed Sarah the opportunity to learn real estate from the inside out in every facet from short sales to million-dollar transactions, from teaching continuing education classes to processing loans. After taking several years off to focus on raising her 4 young boys, Sarah was able to seamlessly transition to real estate. She uses her experienced background and negotiation skills combined with a network of colleagues that she’s worked with in the past to leverage her transactions to end up with win-win’s for EVERYONE. House contracts can be terrifying, and she has used her background to help her clients by educating and understanding them to provide a comfortable and well executed transaction.

Real Estate also affords Sarah the ability to work with her community, schools, and different nonprofits teaching her boys, through action, how important giving back to the community really is.
