Hi! I’m Ann Margaret. I started my career in real estate because I was fascinated by the world of architecture and interior design. Real estate combines my degree in Business & Accounting, my love of trying new things and discovering new passions, and my appreciation for art and design. Real estate is an unlimited source of inspiration for me and for what I can offer to my clients!

I love working with buyers to help them find the best home possible. It’s my goal to find my clients a place where they can manifest their best life. I grew up in the Philippines and moved to Lynnwood, WA when I was 14. I currently live in Lake Stevens with my son, Nicko. In my down time I love spending time in the garden and baking yummy pastries. When I’m not on my Harley Davidson Sportster, I love to stay active by running, cross training, skiing, hiking, and doing yoga.
