Meagan’s core values are centered around service. Real estate offers the opportunity for her to show up for people during one of the biggest moments of their lives. As a newer agent, Meagan realized she wanted her career to be in a collaborative environment; both in the office as well as working with clients. Joining Christine & Company seemed a natural fit for a new agent with her amount of drive and energy. Meagan was born and raised in a small city in Texas named Harlingen (don’t worry, no one’s ever heard of it). Along with her parents and brother, she lived in a home full of animals, and a rotating roster of visiting friends, family, and neighbors. Before real estate, Meagan was a professional photographer for many years, and it still remains one of her biggest loves. She’s also known for watching truly terrible television when she has the time.

Meagan appreciates that there’s a lot of overlap between photography and real estate: she used to create fashion stories from start to finish, which took a fair amount of attention to detail, imagination, and of course a ton of project management skills. Fortunately, real estate requires these qualities as well. Being a new agent, Meagan works harder for her clients so that they know they made the right choice in selecting her to be their representation at the negotiating-table. She’s also mindful of the stress inherent in such a big purchase, so she likes to keep things simple and non-dramatic (usually with a bit of fun thrown in; it doesn’t ALL have to be serious)
