Daphne Purganan is a member of the Christine and Company family that loves working with first time home buyers!

Daphne grew up in the South Seattle area, but is familiar in small neighborhoods and sections through the urban landscape. Her passion for real estate began with her exploration of these areas and finding just the right place. For Daphne, finding the right home is a delicate balance of clear and concise communication between the homebuyer and herself. She loves working with first time homebuyers and enjoys sharing their passion and excitement in finding that first home.

When not searching for homes, Daphne loves working on interior design concepts, creating marketing graphics, and playing with her 4yr old German Shepherd, Kylo. Daphne also loves to cook and is considered a bit of a foodie. If you need to know a fantastic place in your new neighborhood, she will have some great suggestions. She is trilingual and fluent in Tagalog and Illocano and volunteers throughout her community with local organizations.
